Made by MillerCoors
introduced in 1993, it was a pop culture hit for a couple of years – a clear, flavored malt beverage. Think of how beer is made, then charcoal filter it to remove color and taste. Then add citrus flavors. The brand eventually went into decline, and stopped being sold in the US in 2008 – although it never stopped production in Japan.
After being gone for 10 years, it has returned to the US for a limited release. And based on my initial tests, it tastes exactly like I remembered it all those years ago. Good stuff.
